How we work
Garage doors tend to break at the worst moment: on a rainy morning with the car stuck inside, or on a Thursday night before a long weekend. So we built our service around speed. Our vans carry the springs, cables, rollers and opener parts that most repairs need, and that's why most jobs are finished in one visit.
The second thing we care about is honesty. If a door needs a $129 cable rather than a new door, that's what we'll say. Every price is written down before we start, and the number you approve is the number you pay.
What we do
For homes, we repair broken torsion and extension springs, snapped cables, worn rollers and hinges, dented sections and doors that have come off their tracks. We repair and replace openers, sensors, remotes and keypads, and we install new garage doors with a free in-home estimate.
For businesses, we repair and install rolling security gates, roll-up doors and commercial overhead doors for the shops on Middle Neck Road, apartment buildings, offices and parking garages.
Where we work
We cover every village on the peninsula, including Great Neck Plaza, Great Neck Estates, Kings Point, Kensington, Thomaston, Russell Gardens, Saddle Rock and Lake Success. We also serve nearby Manhasset, Port Washington, Roslyn and the Queens neighborhoods just over the line.
Our hours
We work Sunday through Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM, and on Friday until two hours before Shabbat. We're closed on Saturday and answer the phone again as soon as Shabbat is over.
